Job Title: SVP - Oil & GasOur Client who is in Financial Services industry with over 200 Million customers World wide in more than 100 different countries is seeking a candidate for their Commercial Business Group. This Financial Bank represents a high growth opportunity with different business needs and is supported by the product organizations, Commercial Real Estate, Treasury and Cash Management. The goal is to put into place a relationship coverage model that will focus on acquiring and retaining long-term relationships that meet profitability requirements, increasing cross-sell of products and services, delivering world-class customer service to clients and partnering with colleagues in the Retail Bank to achieve branch-banking goals. The commercial loans this position will be dealing with range from 1mm to 200mm, however, the average deals are between 25 - 60mm.Description:Prepare engineering evaluations on potential and existing commercial loans for the State of Texas. Evaluate engineering reports from third party consultants and from internal engineers employed by energy producers. Frequently customers will submit preliminary engineering they have had completed and must be reviewed and converted to a price deck. Oversight and review of work performed by approved outside engineers, as it is not anticipated that one internal engineer would be able to handle 100% of our workload. In addition, strong relationships with outside vendors that often involve mutual clients and referrals. Provide better assessment of credit risk and expansion of the risk characterization description contained in engineering reports. Coordinate with the engineers about risk on policies and procedures and revisions to the oil and gas pricing policy. Attendance at industry functions such as ADAM Group, TIPRO, Energy Finance Discussion Group and other networking opportunities. Qualifications:Oil and Gas engineering degree and work experience. Familiarity with Aries & PHD software and Dwights database. Experience within financial industry.Location: Dallas/Irving, Texas area - Relocation Assitance Available for this position.Base Salary: $140K - $200K or more DOEPlus Bonus plan and complete benefits.
