Job Description


Supervise general services activities supporting corporate office and field locations. This includes mail center, facilities and reprographics.

Manage and oversee design, development and implementation of office remodeling and space build outs.

Oversee organization and process of expansion, relocation and/or consolidation of existing offices.

Maintain furniture/equipment inventories and manage company assets.

Develop and manage capital and expense budgets.


Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of 8 years industry experience.

In-depth knowledge of real estate, furniture, accounting.

Experience with project management activities.

Strong organizational, leadership and managerial skills.

Strong focus on customer service and service orientation.
